What "Project Management" Means Here
Hayakom for Project Management takes its name from how we approach the work, not from construction-site project management. Company formation, tax registration, ISO certification, visa processing — each of these is a project in its own right: it has a defined outcome, a sequence of steps, a set of parties involved, and a point where it’s genuinely finished. We run each engagement that way — assessed, planned, executed and followed through — rather than treating it as a single document to be filed and forgotten.
