Our Services
Hayakom for Project Management provides business, compliance and documentation services in the UAE, as described on our Services page. The specific scope, requirements and deliverables for each engagement are confirmed with the client before work begins.
Engagement & Payment
Fees for each engagement are confirmed with the client before work begins. Transactions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been made and work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayakom for Project Management’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. We are not responsible for decisions, delays, or outcomes determined by third parties, including government departments, banks, or certification bodies, as these are outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by UAE law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
